Not all 50, but many. Roughly half. It’s unclear in a lot of states whether a Donate Now button is a solicitation. Believe me, I wish it was clearer.
Very informative, but also daunting! According to what I understand from your video, if solicitation includes having a donate button on a website, a nonprofit would have to register in all 50 states. Is that correct?
